Aims and Scope
Surgery Today is an official peer-reviewed and fully open-access journal of the Japan Surgical Society. The main purpose of the journal is to provide a place for the publication of high-quality papers documenting recent advances and new developments in all fields of surgery, both clinical and experimental.

Preparing for Submission
For authors of revised manuscripts
Graphical Abstract will be used for PR purposes and the official Surgery Today social media posts to promote your published article. It is mandatory for all revised manuscripts; however, it is not necessarily required for Review Articles and Letters to the Editor.
